The organisation has worked closely with communities to identify issues of concern and provide services and support to uplift and empower them. It has provided non-formal education to slum children (6 to 14 years) who have never been to school before, bringing fully equipped modern mobile schools to their doorstep. It has educated, empowered and skilled adolescent girls (11 to 19 years) under the Gender Equality programme so they can protect and secure themselves and lead a life of dignity. It has mobilised rural women through SHGs by guiding and training them on revenue generating activities like grinding, processing and packaging spices, cereals and pickles.
